Prep Course

Our starting point. We will run you through the foundational movements, give you the rundown on why we do what we do, and chat a little about your goals. This done through a 90-minute one -on-one session with a coach and will prep you for all you need to know about doing fitness at TLC.

Fast Fitness

a Quick 30-min. session for those who need to get in and get out. Includes a great warm up, WOD (workout of the day), and of course a cool down.

Will utilize your own bodyweight to get results, with the occasional Dumbbell or Kettlebell thrown in for a nice challenge.

Fitness/Track 1

A one-hour coached group session where The Focus will be placed on putting the body through the proper ranges of motion and building strength through quality movement. This is where we get better at life.

Fitness/Track 2

Looking for a bit more of a challenge? Track 2 has everything Track 1 has and more. A little higher skill and a little heavier weight will challenge you to get the results you want.

Sessions focused on Olympic and Power Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squats, Deadlifts, and Press). These sessions are open to all fitness levels and experience (or inexperience) as it will be focused on everything from the basics to more technically advanced movements.
