The No Sweat Intro is us meeting you where you are, finding out more about you and your goals, what's your why, and how you'd like to approach your fitness and health journey.
We are here to help! And we want to do it in a way that is personal and specific to you and your journey. During this meet, we will also tell you more about what we do and how we do it.
No Sweat Intros can be done via Zoom or in-person at TLC.
All our group sessions are coached by professionals who take you through every step of a warm-up, workout, and cooldown.
Coaches are also ready and able to scale every aspect of the workout of the day from loading to time worked to movements and cater general workouts to suit your individualized goals.
Here at TLC we are after mastery of movement, moving through proper progressions and growing appropriately through our fitness and health journey.
